Trust Score (0-5) measures verification—do you have Vibe Notes from recruiters (+0.5 per note), linked social profiles, and integrity signals. You need EITHER Prowess ≥90% OR (Trust Score ≥3.5 AND Vibe Notes) to be verified.

How are the points weighted?

Every Signal Boost (Upvote) adds +0.5% Prowess and +0.1 Trust. Every Shortlist (Star) adds +1.0% Prowess and +0.2 Trust. Every Vibe Note adds a significant +0.5 Trust boost. Every 10 views adds +0.5% Prowess and +0.1 Trust.

What causes Elite Rating deductions?

The AI is strict. Generic summaries (-15 pts), buzzword-heavy descriptions without proof (-15 pts), significant resume gaps (-15 pts), and detected AI-generated content (-15 pts). Specificity is your best friend.

Can my points decrease?

Yes. Getting flagged/reported by others can deduct up to 20 points from your overall internal Ranking Score, and negative AI Integrity audits can reduce your Trust Score.
